Foundation Properties is expanding, and we are looking for a skilled and reliable Part-Time Carpenter (On-Call) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible work, a variety of tasks, and contributing to the upkeep and improvement of residential rental properties.

About the role:

We are seeking a dependable individual who can respond to maintenance and repair needs on an as-needed basis. Typical tasks include:

• Interior/exterior carpentry repairs

• Door and trim installation/repair

• Drywall repairs and patching

• Minor framing work

• Cabinet, closet, and fixture repairs

• General residential maintenance tasks as required

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in residential carpentry

• Ability to work independently and complete jobs efficiently

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Access to your own tools and transportation

• Reliable, professional, and respectful attitude

• Availability for occasional urgent calls (rare but possible)
