We’re a rapidly growing local property management company looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s organized, proactive, and eager to grow with a dynamic company.
About the role:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team
Assist with data entry, document organization, and filing
Manage spreadsheets, reports, and tenant communications
Help coordinate maintenance requests, appointments, and building documentation
Perform other general office duties as needed
What we’re looking for:
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
A fast learner who can work both independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in property management, rentals, or customer service is considered a strong asset
