We’re a rapidly growing local property management company looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s organized, proactive, and eager to grow with a dynamic company.

About the role:

Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team

  • Assist with data entry, document organization, and filing

  • Manage spreadsheets, reports, and tenant communications

  • Help coordinate maintenance requests, appointments, and building documentation

  • Perform other general office duties as needed

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Google Workspace

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • A fast learner who can work both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in property management, rentals, or customer service is considered a strong asset
